Hi! Welcome to Sar Naturals. 

Sar means 'essence', or 'extract' in Sanskrit. For us at Sar Naturals, it means the luxurious essence of nature bottled in little amber jars.

When I was pregnant with my first child, like all mothers-to-be, I wanted to do the best for my child. The softest cotton to wear and the most gentle skincare. I spent a lot of time reading about natural ways to provide for a child. Around the same time, I started looking at my own skincare regime and the products I was using every day. I started reading labels and ingredients more closely and realized I could hardly make sense of the ingredients listed.

When I was growing up, I often looked for easily available homemade skincare remedies. Multani Mitti also known as Fuller's Earth was my goto face pack. I remember sending my mom to our neighbor's home to ask for fresh Neem leaves from the tree in their yard. Neem worked wonders during my teens to clear up acne and reduce scars. 

For a long time, I had forgotten how magical nature can be. I too like most of us, just purchased products without caring much for what goes into it. However, daily skincare regime can actually be easily developed around simple all-natural ingredients. Chemical laden cosmetic products may be a quick fix but organic natural butters and oils are your answer to deeply nourish your skin and see long lasting results. Nature provides us with some of the best all-natural moisturizers like Coconut, Shea and Mango butter! 

As we grow older our skin gets dry. While there are many factors that determine how you age, the right moisturizing routine can go a long way in determining how your skin looks and feels. At Sar Naturals we only use all-natural pure ingredients. Most of the ingredients we source are certified organic. All ingredients are listed on the label and yes you'll be able to make sense of each one. Feel free to reach out to me if you need to know more. The products are handmade with care in small batches in California. We do not test on animals. Products are tested by us and by our willing two-legged friends. We use no preservatives. Its recommended the products be stored in a clean dry place and be used within 6 months after receiving. If you notice any ingredient you are sensitive to or are doubtful about, you should avoid using the product.
